By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 22phmaya platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any third parties acting on behalf of a registered player.

These Terms are effective as of the date you first access or register on 22phmaya. We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we suspect fraud, identity theft, or violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on 22phmaya are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support a range of local payment methods to make banking as convenient as possible for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks and e-wallets.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 22phmaya does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.
• GCash and e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 banking days.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.

• Money Laundering: Using 22phmaya to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

• Hacking & Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, interfering with its normal operation, or introducing malicious code.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21 years of age.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform;
2. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content;
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform;
4. Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform;

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with your transactions.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22phmaya makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3. Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks;
4. Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
5. Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7;
6. Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause;
7. Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 22p hmaya platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or any other arbitration body mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Any arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 22phmaya reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.
